Proxy Policy

Whenever a player touches a card they don't own,
that card's owner may draw a card unless another player yells "It's a faaaake!" and proves that it is
fake. If they prove that it is fake, sacrifice Proxy
Policy and that player gains ownership of the fake
card. This change of ownership is permanent.

Trust me, this card is real. It's just Wizard's printers
that are pixelated.
