Whenever Pshemos, the Setting Storm deals combat damage to a player, return all nonland permanents to their owners' hands. If ten or more permanents are returned to their owners' hands this way, you may put a permanent card not named Pshemos, the Setting Storm, from your hand onto the battlefield.
