Psi San

At the beginning of each player's upkeep
that player may choose to exile the top card
of each opponent's library. Until end of turn, that player may play any cards exiled with
Psi San, and may spend mana as though it
were mana of any type to cast those spells. If
a player does this, skip their draw step.
