Psionic Barrage

Choose a card type. Look at the top five cards of
target opponent's library. You may pick one card
of the chosen type and return the rest to the top
of that player's library in any order. If you do,
that player puts that card into their graveyard
and takes damage equal to that card's converted
mana cost. Otherwise, return those cards to the
top of that player's library in any order.
