other types.
Draw a card when Psionic Mutation enters or
leaves play.
A small percentage of non-Psionic Humanoids and monsters naturally possess Psionc talent and can use it without training. While the rest of the populace does
not;' this is considered a mutation and such beings are
often ostracized.
