Psionics Gem

This gem grants the user psionic like abilities, it has 10 charges and after a long rest it regains 1d6 charges.
When the gem loses all of it's charges it also loses it psionic abilities. The user uses his intelligence for spell attacks and save DC, after using 15 charges the user becomes proficient in psionics.

•2 charges: Psionic Ward; Psydarts
•3 charges: Psyche drain; Psyblast
