Return target nonland permanent and all other permanents with the same name as that
permanent to their owner's hands. That
permanent's controller discards two cards, then
loses 3 life for each card returned to their hand
with the same name as that permanent that
wasn't discarded this way. (For example, if three
cards were returned to a player's hand and they
discarded one card with that permanent's name and
one other card, that player loses 6 life.)
