Use this Stratagem at the start of the Morale
phase. Select one enemy unit (excluding
VEHICLE units) within Engagement Range
of a LASH WHIP or TOXIC LASHES unit
from your army. Until the end of the phase:
Subtract 2 from the Leadership characteristic
of models in that enemy unit.
Subtract 1 from Combat Attrition tests
taken for that enemy unit.
