Psykhe, Spell Manifester

At the beginning of your post-combat main
phase, for each instant spell you cast during
your combat step, you may search your library
for an instant spell with the same converted
mana cost that spell, reveal it, and manifest it
(Put it onto the battlefield face down as a
2/2 creature)
At any time you could cast an instant spell, you
may exile a face-down instant spell and cast it
from exile without paying its mana cost until
the current phase ends.
