Puls enters with two Utilitycounter.

{t}{x}{u}, remove an Utilitycounter:
Reveal X cards from any library, for each creature
are revealed Puls get a +1/+1 counter, then shuffle this library.

The pulse is between sixty and one hundred and twenty beats. Every being has one, and
reducing it to zero is easy.
