Pulse of Dissemination

Choose one then exile Pulse of Dissemination:
•Remove all counters from X creatures, divide
the sum of those counters by X rounded up, and
then place those counters back on the creatures
they were removed from.
•Remove all counters from 1 permanent. Look
at the top X cards of your library. You may cast
any number of those cards using the counters as
your mana pool in any combination of colors that
you wish, then end the turn.
