Pulse of the Kin Tree

Pulse of the Kin Tree deals X damage divided as you choose among any number of target creatures, where X is the number of +1/+1 counters on creatures you control.
You gain life equal to the number of creatures you own in the graveyard.
In the most dire of circumstances, the Abzan will sometimes perform an ancient and forbidden ritual, which purges the Kin Tree of the ancestors, unleashing their power upon Abzan's foes.
