At the beginning of your upkeep, choose a number between 1 and 3.
Players may play an additional number of lands on each of their turns equal to the chosen number minus 1.
Players can't cast a number of spells each turn greater than the chosen number.
Players can't draw a number of cards greater than the chosen number.
