Punishment Time!

Target creature that has destroyed another creature this turn, or that has dealt damage to
a creature this turn that was destroyed.
Starting with you, then going in a clockwise direction, all players vote either "innocent" or "guilty".
If the majority of players vote "guilty", that creature is destroyed. If the majority of players vote "innocent", or there is a tie, destroy all creatures except for that creature.
