Puppetmaster of Cruelty

Whenever a creature you control is destroyed,
put a puppet counter on it. Creatures with a
puppet counter on them have Madness equal to
their mana cost.
When you cast a spell that requires you to
discard a card, you may exile a creature card
with a puppet counter on it in the graveyard
instead. That card is considered to have been discarded.
