When Purcan enters the battlefield and at the beginning of your upkeep, flip a coin. If the result is heads, activated abilities of permanents you control cost {1} less to activate until end of turn. This effect can't reduce the mana in that cost to less than one mana. If the result is tails, Purcan goads one other creature each player controls.
