Purge the Library

Target opponent that is higher than you on the leaderboard reveals his or her hand. You choose a nonland card from it and put it in your hand. Change of ownership is permanent.
If you are the lowest player or tied for lowest on the leaderboard, search target player's hand, library, and graveyard for cards with the same name. Add these cards to your hand. Change of ownership is permanent.
