When Pursuer of the Cursed enters the battlefield, transform it into an Aura, and attach
it to target creature.
Enchanted creature cannot attack.
At the end of controllers end step, place a charge counter on enchanted creature. When the charge counter reaches 3, destroy enchanted creature
and transform Pursuer of the Cursed into a
creature under its owners control.
