As long as Pyralspite is paired with a creature, Pyralspite and that creature have flying, first strike, and trample, and have "Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, it deals that much damage to target creature that player controls" and "When this creature dies, it deals damage equal to its power to each player and to each creature that wasn't paired with it as it died."
