Afterburn
When Pyro attacks, put an Afterburn counter on
all permanents that block it.
Whenever a permanent with an Afterburn
counter is tapped, they get -0/-1.
If it is a non-creature permanent, destroy it.
If a permanent with an Afterburn counter is regenerated, remove all Afterburn counters.
