Pyroclasmic Gambit

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, Pyroclasmic Gambit deals damage to that player equal to the number of permanents they control that share a color with the most common color among permanents they control. When Pyroclasmic Gambit is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, it deals 3 damage to each creature and each player.
