1{u}{b}{r} Put Q onto the battlefield from the command zone.
Whenever Q enters the battlefield choose one:
- change the target of a spell of ability unless its controller pays 1
- return target permanent to owner's hand unless its controller pays 2
- take an extra turn after this one, then skip your next turn
