Qon, Mad King

You may cast Qon, Mad King into exile if there are no other spells in your hand, and he has Redeem {2}{r}{w}. As long as Qon is in exile, whenever you would draw a card, discard the top card of your library into exile instead. Any card discarded this way has Redeem {x}, where X is the card's converted mana cost. Every turn Qon is in exile, you may pay {1} to put a time counter on him. When he enters the battlefield, remove all time counters from Qon, and then put that many +1/+1 counters on Qon.
