To Qualify for The Game, the Concept Card
must be Aligned with the Standard Design of
the Family of Cards that the Card wishes to Join.
When a Concept Card is Favoured by a General,
the Creator of That Card is Qualified to Join
the Playground that General Oversees.
Qualified Cards Become Part of the Collective.
