When this card is cast remove all creatures with power over 14 from the game, and from all decks. They may not be used for the rest of the game, even if this card is removed from the battlefield.
You may do each ability once per turn:
{t}{5} : remove or double all counters on target permanent.
{t}{4} : create a flying 0/1 token angel creature.
{t}{3} : negate all Phyrexian and Eldrazi card effects and spells until your next turn.
