Eminence - While Queek is on the battlefield or in the command zone, at the beginning of your upkeep, randomly put a bounty counter on a non-land permanent.

When Queek Headtaker enters the battlefield destroy all permanents with a bounty counter on them. When a permanent with a bounty counter leaves the battlefield put a +1/+1 counter on queek.
