Flying I Used This To Catch Fish- Whenever you cast a non creature spell with mana value 2 or more tap target nonland permanent an opponent controls and put a stun counter on it. Gamma Ray-{10},{t}:Dizzy deals damage equal to the amount of nonland permanents that are tapped and have stun counters on them to each opponent. (Tapped and stunned nonland permanents are counted twice)
