Queen Hatherine

When Queen Hatherine enters the battlefield, if
any player is the monarch, they lose the monarch,
then Queen Hatherine becomes the monarch.
Players cannot become the Monarch.
At the beginning of each end step, put an inheritance counter on Queen Hatherine.
When Queen Hatherine dies, you become the
Monarch and draw a card for each inheritance
counter that was on her.
