When Queen of the Outcasts enters the battlefield, put two 2/2 red Barbarian creature tokens onto the battlefield under your control.
Whenever you cast a creature spell with power 4 or greater, manifest the top card of your library. (Put it onto the battlefield face down as a 2/2 creature. Turn it face up any time for its mana cost if it's a creature card.)
