At the beginning of your end step, put a charge counter on Queen, Ruler of the Castle.
At the beginning of your opponent's upkeep, you may remove two charge counters from Queen. If you do, exile target creature that opponent controls. That opponent creates a colorless 0/1 artifact creature token named Stone Statue with "This creature can't attack or block."
