Whenever a creature is put into your hand from
the battlefield you may pay {1}{u}{g}, if you do put
Quegg, Submerging Sage from your hand onto
the battlefield under your control.
{1}{u}{g}: Return Quegg to its owner's hand. Put
a creature with power equal to or less than
Quegg's power onto the battlefield from your
hand.
