Haste

When Quematrice deals combat damage to a creature or player, put a Blast counter on that player. (When a player with a Blast counter on them casts a noncreature spell, they take 5 damage and remove that Blast counter. During the turn players endphase, if they have not cast a noncreature spell, remove a Blast counter.)
