Quest for the Freezing Pit

Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, you may put a quest counter on Quest for the Freezing Pit.
During each player's upkeep, if Quest for the Freezing Pit has five or more quest counters, you may tap a target creature. That creature doesn't untap during their controller's untap step.
