Quest for the Pirate Lords

Whenever a pirate lord enters the battlefield
under your control, create a Piece of Eight token
Sacrifice 2 Pieces of Eight: search your library
for a pirate lord, reveal it and put it into your
hand, then shuffle your library
If at the beginning of your end step you control
at least 9 pirate lords and at least 9 Pieces of
Eight, you win the game
