Quest for the Storm

Whenever an opponent is dealt noncombat damage, put a quest counter on Quest for the Storm.
Whenever an opponent is dealt damage by a creature you control, you may remove a quest counter from Quest for the Storm. If you don't, put a quest counter from Quest for the Storm and it deals 5 damage to that creature.
Remove 5 quest counters from quest for the storm and sacrifice it: Quest for the Storm deals 10 damage to target opponent.
