Questing Lands

Whenever a quest counter is placed on a land,
remove all quest counters on other lands.
{1}{w}: Put a quest counter on target land.
Activate this ability only at sorcery speed.
{3}: Target creature cannot be blocked by a
player who controls a land with a quest counter
on it. Any player except the controller of this permanent may activate this ability.
