Quicksilver Draught

This potion lends uncanny speed to those who imbibe it.
Once per battle, at the start of the combat phase, the bearer can drink this potion. If
they do so, the bearer fights at the start of
that combat phase, before the players start picking any other units to fight in that
combat phase.
