+2: draw a card, look at the top card of an opponent's library, you may put it on the bottom of their library.
-2: put the top two cards of an opponent's library into their hand, then look at their hand and put two cards at the bottom of their library.
-7: draw cards equal to Quirrel, Teacher's knight's loyalty, put that many cards from an opponents library into their graveyard.
