Whenever a land gets tapped for mana, it gets a
burning counter on it, then it deals damage to its
owner equal to the number of burning counter
on it.
At the beginning of each player's end step, if that
player lost 5 life this turn, that player draws a
card. If that player lost 10 life or more, that
player draws three cards instead.
