Rabbit of Cards

-1: Chose a color, then each player must discard a card of that chosen color. Otherwise, they lose 5 life.
-2: Look at target player's hand. Choose a permanent card and put it on the battlefield under your control.
-5: Play each card in your hand without paying its cost. Then if you control a permanent of each of the five colors, you win the game.
