+1: Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature, that creature gains your choice of either deathtouch or ingest until the end of the turn.
-2: Search any player's library for a card and put that card into exile.
-8: For each player, chose 1 card they own in exile and you may cast those cards without paying their mana costs.
