When Marika of the Golden Order transforms
into Radagon of the Golden Order, all creatures
with Divine Command counters take X damage.
Then, remove all Divine Command counters
from all creatures dealt damage this way.
{3}{w}{r}: Activate only during combat. Put a
+1/+1 counter on all creatures you control,
then untap all creatures you control. There
is an additional combat after this one.
