Exile all instants and sorcery spells, when you do,
put a star counter on them.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a star
counter on a random card exiled with Radahn.
When Radahn dies, create a copy of each exiled
card for each star counter on it. Each player casts
these copies without paying their mana cost.
