When this card blocks, profilerate and then put "Radiance" under the attackers control.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may take away
one "Infection Counter" you own. Every nonlegendary creature
your opponents control get -1/-1.
At your endstep, if you have 0 "Infection Counter",
all your nonlegendary creatures get -1/-1.
