Radiant Elven Bow (+1)

A finely made bow of elven origin, improved
upon by the wizard-tinker Temerity.
While equivalent in range and power to a longbow,
its compact design makes it ideal for firing from amongst trees or from horseback.
Temerity has carved arcane runes into the limbs
of the bow to imbue it with radiant energy.
