This magic weapon grants +1 to attack and damage rolls. While holding it, the wielder can shed bright light in a 30ft radius and dim light for an additional 30ft.

As a reaction immediately aftering being hit by an attack , the wielder can expend 1 charge to blind the attacker until the wielder's next turn [CON save vs Spell DC]. The weapon regains 1d4 charges at dawn.
