Radical Radiation

You get to KILL a creature and look at it anytime when it is currently in the graveyard and cast it whenever you want EVEN when its your opponents turn but you must pay forever. You may also kill a player and summon them back and they have to help you if they dont they are BANNED from playing until they apologise and give you a card but it has to be a good card.
