Whenever a nontoken creature you control dies
put a +1/+1 counter on Ra'elek.
At the beggining of your upkeep exile a creature
card from any graveyard with mana value less
than or equal to Ra'elek's power. Create a token
that is a copy of that creature except it has "if
this card would leave the battlefield return the
original card back to the graveyard"
