As additional cost to all abilities of Raes,
Masked Witch sacrifice a Mask.
{1} : Exile target noncreature spell, unless it's controller pays {2}.
{2} : Scry 2, then draw a card.
{3} : Target a creature, until Raes, Masked Witch
leaves the battlefield, you control that creatre, it's
power and toughness are changed to 1.
