Raff, Uncanny Archer

When Raff, Uncanny archer enters the battlefield or attacks, put a marked counter
on target creature.
At the end of your turn, all creatures take
one damage for each marked counter
on them.
I've learned a lot so far, but I've still got a
long way to go.
